Laguna partners with Shearwater Health
We're excited to announce our partnership with Shearwater Health, a leader in scalable, customized clinical solutions for US health plans. This collaboration will extend Laguna’s reach to thousands of care team members, equipping them with real-time insights, context capture, and automated summaries to drive efficiency and elevate the quality of care delivered.

Yael Joins AI Panel With eBay and Intuit
Yael Peled Adam, Laguna’s CPO and Co-founder, joined industry leaders at CTech by Calcalist’s AI Conference to discuss the transformative power of AI across industries, with Yael representing healthcare.
She shared that care teams often spend more time typing than engaging with people. Laguna’s platform changes this with easy-to-digest summaries, allowing teams to be more present and focused.

Laguna has grown as a product, team, and brand, and we wanted our website to reflect that evolution. In early Q3, we launched a fully redesigned site that showcases our three core products, key use cases, and the platform behind it all—Laguna Reef. Product Release
The New Laguna Insight
We first launched our performance dashboard for care team leaders—Laguna Insight—in Q1 with metrics that centered around call quality and barrier detection. We’re excited to announce that our latest release is full of additional metrics and we’ve organized the dashboard into four new views:
- Efficiency — Helps care teams increase call time and number of calls to reach more members
- Adherence — Captures the rate at which team members complete required actions such as capturing member consent
- Quality Management — Provides visibility into conversational skills that build trust with members and drive effectiveness such as reflective listening and professionalism
- Team Wellbeing — Helps team leaders better support their staff by surfacing particularly challenging calls and signs of burnout
Team leaders have unprecedented insight into their team’s performance like never before, enabling them to be more effective and efficient supervisors.

Welcome Dr. Ben Edelshain as Chief Customer Officer
We’re thrilled to welcome Benjamin Edelshain, MD, as our new Chief Customer Officer! With a background as a physician, a leader at McKinsey, and most recently VP of Care Management at Highmark Health, Ben brings deep expertise in data, innovation, and customer success. He’s already making a big impact, strengthening our customer success, growing existing accounts and accelerating implementation.
