From COVID to the proliferation of conversational AI, our journey has been marked by extraordinary events. We’ve evolved our offering to shape our vision for the future. We believe that technology should be harnessed to tackle our biggest challenges for the betterment of humankind.
2020
Laguna is born
Long time friends and colleagues, Yael and Yoni found themselves coming together at just the right moment, aligned by a mutual passion for applying their talents to improving healthcare. With the increase in telemedicine and digital channels, they saw a timely opportunity to radically improve care transitions.
2021
We invest in clinical research & actuarial validation
From the very beginning we believed in the importance of clinically rigorous, data-driven validation. We partnered with Santa Barbara Actuaries, Northshore, Mayo Clinic, Pasco / Havarti Actuaries, and published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. The results exceeded expectations.

As a winner of the UCSF Rosenman ADAPT program, Laguna partners with Elevance Health. Working with the national accounts care management team we were able to drive higher efficiency, better outcomes, and an exceptional experience for members and care teams.
